The equipment department is looking for students to help with a variety of sports. Depending on the sport, equipment managers can work closely with student-athletes and coaches. Tasks include inventory, organization, laundry, and potential practice attendance. There is a possibility for paid positions.

Vanderbilt's Fan Engagement and Hospitality (FEH) department is seeking volunteer student coordinators to help plan and execute signature events for internal and external athletic department initiatives. We are interested in motivated individuals who wish to expand their knowledge and skill set on the fan experience side of the sports industry.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced department, and coordinators are an integral part of daily operations. Coordinators will gain experience in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, game operations, guest relations, fan assistance and event planning. This position is unpaid but can be utilized by students who are seeking class credit.

The Ingram Center for Student-Athlete Success is currently seeking qualified applicants to offer tutoring during the spring semester in the following subject areas:

Astronomy, Biological Sciences, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Italian, Math, Physics, Psychology, and Statistics.

Tutors work with Vanderbilt student-athletes to help them gain a better understanding of course content as well as provide motivation and study skill assistance. Undergraduate students (at least junior standing) must have received a B+ or higher in courses for which they propose to offer tutoring. Undergraduate tutors start at $12 per hour and graduate tutors at $15 per hour. Schedules are flexible, but applicants must have some evening availability.

The marketing department is seeking motivated individuals who wish to learn more about the business side of the collegiate sports industry while expanding their knowledge and skills in a variety of areas. Student interns provide support on various game days for the athletics department, as well as support in office preparations. Spring semester sports include bowling, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, lacrosse, swimming, men's and women's golf, track and field, and men's and women's tennis.

Enjoy a wide variety of experiences while getting a behind-the-scenes look at game day at Vanderbilt. Marketing interns are an integral part of the fan experience at Vanderbilt athletic events and the planning behind the scenes. This position is unpaid but can be utilized by students who are seeking class credit.

The Social Dores program provides Vanderbilt students with hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and leadership. The program provides instruction and opportunities with social media, videography, photography, and graphic design. Students will be present at games, practices, and other athletic-related activities to give Social Dores diverse experiences.
